Webinar Recording: Making Better Decisions Under Stress & Uncertainty

Analysis paralysis is the poison that leaders feed themselves. We may repeatedly go back and forth with our inquiries while trying to make perfect decisions. A leader who makes a thousand wrong decisions is better off than a leader who makes no decisions. Why? Because a leader who has made a thousand wrong decisions has ruled out a thousand things that do not work. They are much better prepared to move forward towards a better outcome than the leader who is watching yet another presentation on Plan A vs. Plan B.

Thanks to Covid 19, it seems like we’re forced to make many important decisions under pressure. Without a way to switch into an objective mindset — or at least a process to deal with decisions objectively — you could wind up spinning in indecision.

During this webinar, we discuss how to make better, controlled decisions when under pressure and facing uncertainty.
